SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 to 4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way! Normally all orders are delivered within 3 days.
STORE PICKUP
Orders cannot be picked up from any store location. This facility is currently unavailable.
DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address to auto-populate the shipping methods available. Free delivery is available for addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Exceptions applicable to this rule where the product requires special shipping conditions.
Orders placed before 5pm online will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered within 3 days.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped out within 2 days using the best available courier network capacity. Flat rate shipping fee is currently not defined for orders within the United Arab Emirates. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United Arab Emirates at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free delivery as of now to all addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping to any countries.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, if applicable. You may refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@theshop.ist with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
